Popular street artist, Portable, has publicly criticized his colleague, Spyro after the latter stated that he could not collaborate with him.
Speaking in a video online, Portable pointed out that his colleague, Spyro, is still considered an upcoming artist and should therefore exhibit humility.
The Zazuu crooner strongly criticized Spyro for declining to collaborate on a piece of music together based on the difference in their musical styles.
Sharing the video on his Instagram page, he wrote;
“Them won disgrace me Thank God Say Man No Be God 🙏🙏🙏ZAZUU can't you see am shining ⭐️⭐️ Akoi Grace Wey No Dey Disgrace ✨.
Aparo You never make am you dey form Ajebo 😀😀😀 IKA OF AFRICA 🌎 IKA Talk IKA Understand ✍🏻.”
Portable further compared their songs, and slammed Spyro for not having any hit song as he does.
“Spyro ‘Who's Your Guy', you never blow na. You know how many hits I have? You know how many shows I've performed? You know how many features I have? You wey na only one song you get and you song can't be mimed. I can sing love song; all song and pattern.
“Wetin you dey sing? You sing pass Michael Jackson? Drop chorus, you said you no fit drop chorus say I no fit sing your pattern.”
This comes after Spyro strongly asserted in a recent interview with Cool FM, Lagos, that Portable is the one musician he will never collaborate with.
He mentioned their divergent musical tastes as the main deterrent, implying that if he wrote a song for Portable, he would not be able to play it well.
